En-suite (shower) bunk bed room available from 20th July 2015 in a family home. Would suit two students or friends wishing to share a room on a - Full board; bed, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal basis, Half board; bed, breakfast and evening meal basis, or for students or lodgers wishing room only. Fee's can be discussed and will depend on choice of board. Use of the large kitchen/diner available as a communal room to use as well as the en-suite room. I have had students and lodgers for the past year and I live in the beautiful town of Christchurch, Dorset, in a four bedroom 12 year old detached house with garden in a small cul -de-sac. The train and bus stops are 5 minutes walk away! I have already had enquiries re: the room, by word of mouth for future dates so please contact me if you are interested and would like to visit.
